By browsing, registering, or placing an order on orvexavet.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or place orders. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are fraudulent.

We work hard to keep product information and pricing accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Minimum order quantities and lead times are stated on each product page and apply to every order.

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods, whichever occurs first. We may decline an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, export restriction, or product unavailability.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is authorized at the time of order; we only charge for accepted orders. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices include applicable taxes only where required by law; duties and import charges for international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.

Stated lead times are estimates based on current inventory and production capacity and begin on the business day after order acceptance. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on hand-off to the carrier for standard shipments.

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. The policy forms part of these terms. Please review it before placing an order, as certain custom-imprinted items are non-returnable.

Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal agricultural service for the period stated on the product page. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVEXAVET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including loss of livestock, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this site—text, photography, product designs, logos, and trademarks—is the property of ORVEXAVET or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. You may not scrape, resell, or republish product data or imagery for competitive purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may revise these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
